Style disappears when navigating to categories or sections

I recently install Phoca Download and I set up a menu item to link to a File Layout page of one download. Everything looks fine, but if you click the little green up arrow to go to the category it goes to the category, but the style is completely gone from the site. I have tried Section Layout and Category Layout and they look fine if they are the first item on the menu, but when opening a category or going up to a section the style disappears.
