Displaying wide (panoramic) images

Hi,

I apologize in advance if I'm missing something obvious but I don't see in any documentation how to display a wide image using Phoca Gallery. We've been successfully using PhocaGallery for regular sized images, but we have several photos that are 8000px wide and we want to display them without cropping and hopefully without resizing but clearly there'd have to be a scrolling mechanism. Is this possible with a Phoca product? If not are there any other solutions that are recommended?

Kind regards,
Rob

Hi, there are some different "solutions"

- you can display it ad download link - the iframe will be displayed with scrollbars and the original image will be displayed (you can e.g. modify the detail icon link to download icon link)

- you can display the original image with highslide js, which then displays the image on the whole site with icon to enlarge it, see e.g. demo here: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/52-phoca- ... 0-features (click on image, if you have small resolution, there will be new icon displayed to display the original image)

- you can set the large thumbnail to the 8000px but then there is no javascript method which will display it with scrollbars e.g. so some other javascript library must be found and it must be customized :-(
