Bugs in Parameters and Tags

Hi, usually this parameter is not used, registered are just registered users but in this parameter you can redifine it. Does it not work for you when you leave this parameter unchanged? What is the access settings of the category?

In the User tab I understood that we could assign the parameters entered to one type of access or to others. It is the normal operating mode. So no bug, sorry.
Indeed in the categories we can refine.
