looking for the css code for displaying category name below

you said it is the one you use for bigger thumbs, no number of images in album and album name below thumbs and it doens't work :

you just need to enable custom css for the categories view

now you have the right borders and the category name below thumbnails - to set different size, you need to recreate thumbnails

The parameter is called: Displaying Style: Categories (Custom)

options>display tab>general settings>enable custom css:yes ???
is there a file i need to save on my pc to be sure never loose it ?

what about hiding number of images below category name ?

i forgot : can album name be centered below the thumb instead of left aligned ?

You can center the name with help of css

Custom Css The parameter is called: Displaying Style: Categories (Custom) ... it is in Categories and Category View Settings.
