Categories view, a catergorie specific each user

Hey

For my website I'm trying to make a section where users can download files, only for themselves. So other users shouldn't see the categories or files in it.

Now I have a categorie for each user (I'm the only one who can upload in it). Others users can't see the files. BUT they can see the other categories and the number of files in it. This I don't like...

So I'd like to get Categories view or category view, with for each user a specific folder/categorie.Without them seeing the other catergories.

Is this somehow possible?

Hi, there are rights in Phoca Download like in Joomla! - you can set access rights - to limit access for categories. There is no other feature regarding this, so this needs to be customized.

In Phoca Download, there is one feature plus, you can set that users will see the category and its content (files) but they will be not able to download it - only after login.

The opposite to this is, every user will have access to own category but this means, other users will not see which other categories there are
