I am not able to install Phoca Gallery Component 4.1.1

Regular way over extension manager: After uplaud of zip-File "404 Component not found"

Next step:

I followed the instructions (I don't find 'Front' folder specified there??)


After installing com_phocagallery_ftp_install.zip over Extension Manager following error: JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML-Setupfile

Any Ideas?

Hi, there is no more ftp_install.zip file for Joomla! 3, see:

Mostly when you get this error: "404 Component not found" there is something obsolete in your Joomla! installation, which needs to be removed first.

The component should be uninstalled manually and then installed again:
