Some basic questions

Hi,
I installed and LOVED Phoca (so far) i have been working around for soooo long looking for something that does exactly what phoca does.
Thanks for that!

I have a question, how can i change the category list of my categories to look like the one you have here https://www.phoca.cz/joomla3demo/

Also, cos i am a bit lost, where should i change the size of the thumbnails of the categories?

There are so many options that i lost it.

helped me a lot.
Could you also tell me if i can change the white background of the categories view to something else?
it seems that changing the theme doesnt change anything. i tried the black theme, and still i was getting white categories view and black image views. Even with the ocean theme i was getting the same thing.

I still get the categories as small images and for some reason there is only one or 2 pics and not a mosaic, but i will find that later.

If you want to display mosaic effect, you need to create additional thumbnails.
Thumbnails --> Thumbnail Generation Settings --> Additional Thumbnails https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... e-joomla-3

Thanks for all the information Benno, really helpfull.
Could you help me with this one.
I am uploading some pics and it is creating the thumbs OK, but i try to upload some other pictures (smaller acttually) and i am getting an error.

The images that work are around 2MB, but i am getting errors on picture smaller, around 1.5MB.

I dont know what to do. I disable the auto creation and tried it manually, but it is not creating them!

Hi,
that is strange. Normally larger images makes problems.. Try to find the difference in the images.
Both are .jpg?
Dimensions?
Names of the files (no spaces, no diacritics etc)?
