Problems with the category size changing!

Hi! I have a slight problem with my categories. The category thumbnails are very small and I would like to change the size of them. I know there is guides for this for example on phocas own site (won't post url here because of the warning of not to do that) but this is where my problem comes in to the picture. In all the guides I have seen there's a part I can't find:
"Set the new sizes in the global settings = Components » Phocagallery » Control Panel (Gallery v1.8. » [parameters] button." (copy from phocas guide)
Somehow I can't find the parameters part anywhere. It says that I have to delete a folder before going to parameters, could this somehow get the button to appear or should it be there all the time?

Control Panel (Gallery v1.8. » [parameters] button

This a obsolete guide.
Go to backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Control Panel --> Options --> Thumbnails --> Images And Detail Window Size Settings
There you can change thumbnail sizes.
Delete the wrong sized thumbs first, set new sizes and create the thumbs once more.
