Can't upload images anymore

Hello,

suddenly I have a problem in uploading pictures in my phoca gallery version 3.27 with joomla version 2.5.

When I try to upload a picture everything seems to be fine, but then I don't get any images in the thumbnails and then of consequence I don't get any images in the real gallery online. Instead of the images I get a blank image. Please look at the screen shot.

What should I do?! Thanks.

Hi,
check 'Enable Thumbnails Generation' setting:
backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Control Panel --> Options --> Main --> Thumbnail Generation Settings -->
Enable Thumbnails Generation=Yes
Save & Close
