Can't find Phoca Gallery Settings

Hi,
I've got an absolutely beginners question, but really couldn't find an answer either in this forum nor in the web.
I can't find the general Phocagallery settings. I expect them to be in the upper right corner in the Phoca Contol Panel next to the Help button. But there is nothing...
The homepage isn't mine at all, it is from a fishing club and I am just doing some content stuff there. Could it be a case of user rights?

PS: Any chance to upload a screenshot directly, without using an external url?

Yes, that's right. You need to be logged in with 'Super User' rights, to see the 'Options' button. And yes, it's located in the upper right corner.
