Modal Box does'nt work together with DropShadow

Hello,
I am using both Phoca modal box and DropShadow. Dropshadow is using Jquery.js
Both Phoca and DropShadow doesn't work :(

Is there a solution both can work?

Hi, what does it mean, it doesn't work, do you get some error message, did you try it with some standard template ?
