Single Picture Upload failed

I have a problem with Phoca Gallery 4.0.0 RC in Joomla 3.

single picture upload failed with ERROR: wrong value

multiple picture upload is working fine.

Any ideas, maybe the php.ini or somthing from the xampp config.
