installing on an existing page w/o new menu item

I've been looking through the topics in the documentation but I don't see anything on how to install the gallery on an existing Joomla page. Is that possible?

I don't need a separate page for a couple images that are strictly advertising a product. So I would like to be able to just insert the gallery below my text for that product.

That is possible with Phoca Gallery Plugin.

Yes, you need a new menu link to Phoca Gallery Component to receive no 404 errors, but you can hide this menu link..
