Hello,
I have tried for 5 days to try to make the default thumbnail size larger but no matter what I read or what I try this just seems impossible! Could someone please explain step by step in very SIMPLE way how to do this, or is it not possible with this component?

Hi,
Example: You want to enlarge the small thumbs from 50x50px to 120x120px.
1.) Delete all small thumbnails. E.g. by FTP
2.) Go to: backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Options --> Main --> Thumbnail Generation Settings -->
Pagination Thumbnail Generation=Yes
Enable Thumbnails Generation=Yes
Images And Detail Window Size Settings -->
Small Image Width=120
Small Image Height=120
Save & Close
3.) Go to: backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Images
Phoca Gallery will now notice that the small thumbnails are missing and will re-create them in the newly defined size. You now need to open only all pages, because the thumbnails are generated by pagination.
