Number of images in Phocagallery

I have a couple of sites that use phocagallery a Joomla 1.5 site and a Joomla 2.5 site. In both cases the gallery only shows 20 thumbnails in the thumbnail preview and in some cases I want to show more of them. I cant seem to find any configuration in the component that says how many images can be displayed. Can anyone help?

increase the value of images of the first page or enable pagination.
