Filter Parent Category ID Not working

I'm having problem Filtering categories. i have different categories with id numbers 3,4,5,6 and so on and only want to display a specific categories on a page. i tried entering 4,5 in the Filter Parent Category ID option in the List of Categories menu but it just shows a blank page. kindly help me out

backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Options --> Display --> Categories View Settings -->
Hide Categories=As you like. Separate each ID with a comma (,)
Show Categories=As you like. Separate each ID with a comma (,)
Save & Close
