Show subcategories in a certain category on front-end

Hi,

My question seems pretty easy, but I didn't figure out how to realize it yet. This is my situation:

- I have two categories
- Inside one of these categories are subcategories (a few)

I want to display a page were only the subcategories are shown as folders, the 'parent' category cannot be displayed on this page. This page with the subcategories as folders should be directly linked from a menu item.

How can I achieve this?

Hi, just create a menu link to category view and hide the back/up button. In 1.5 this can be done in menu link parameters, in 2.5 see:
