First I was using ReCaptcha but for some reasons its not working anymore. It always told me that i have entered the wrong wording. Now I wanted to try the othe Spam protections and simply no image is shown. Instead there is a Text called "Sicherheitsabfrage". When i click right mouse key and see the properties it tells me:
