[solved] import from picasa / google+ fails

Hello,

i use phoca gallery for a while and importing galleries from picasa was possible without problems.

But now i can't import new galleries.
I get the error: "Connection to Picasa not created. There are connection problems or the Picasa User was not found. Check the User field. Check if the album is published. If it is not published but unlisted, check your authentication key."

Checked the values and tried:
Picasa user: 114157882966961508097
Picasa album: 201112MannschaftUndSpieler ... also tried 5686768185723129633 instead.

I read these threads, but nothing works for me:

PHP-Values are also ok: json, url_fopen, curl enabled

... help would be very nice, because phoca gallery is the one and only non-commercial component providing this feature with additionaly displaying picasa random images!

Because of this thread i contacted my hoster and they solved the problem.
Reason was a firewall rule that blocks reloading of external content. They disabled it for my web.
