Watermark while downloading an image - is it possible?

Hello there!
I searched thru the forum but lack of result of my question...

The question is (not 2b or not 2b ): is there any possibility to put a watermark on an image while smb tries to download one? By other words - when somebody wants to download a pic from a gallery and push download button/link, he/she will get an original image. I'd like to give a user an image WITH watermark on it wile downloading - is it possible to implement?

hi,
not, not possible. phoca gallery doesn't change original images.
only way is to add a watermark manually before uploading, but then i also shows up on thumbnails, which might or might not look too good...
