werid error - page transition info on top of image

Hello

I was using version 3.0.1 I believe, but it was crashing with some error I can not recall now.

So I just downloaded version 3.1.5. I uninstalled the previous version and installed the new version as a new install.

For the most part things are working other than the image are not displaying right, I am getting the web page transition info on the top of the box which is pushing everything down so I can only see the top of the buttons on the bottom.

Using Joomla 2.5.4 and a siteground template. Tried other standard templates and things were the same.

not sure what to do? help

would be better if you reinstall Joomla and install new gallery

that seems very drastic! just for a photo gallery reinstall the whole web site?

have you tried to delete phoca bd tables?
