Problem in category and images

I installed phoca gallery 3.2.0 beta and phoca gallery 3.1.5 without any problem, but I have the following problems with it:
1. After creating the category I cannot find it in management panel but I am sure that it is created and existed!!!
2. After uploading image like above I cannot find the uploaded image in management panel!!!
3. In user view I can see the uploaded image, but after clicking on thumbnail the enlarged image is not exist and there is no preview for large image!!!

Are you installed both of phoca gallery versions on one Joomla site? If no then what template you are using?
