Frontend image upload

Ok, i am trying to upload images from front end. Everything is working fine. Except there's only one main category - no problem. I 'am creating subcategories....

But what' bothers me that folders are not created for subcategories. Instead, everything goes in one folder making problem whit images that are named the same. And also, i have around 100 albums i wanna upload, so if they go in one folder i can't organize them at all. Is there a way around this? any deirections appreciated. Thanks
