404 when clicking on images. Works if I disable SEF

I'm running Joomla 2.5.3 and I use the native SEF component in Joomla.
When I click an image in my articles (imported from Phoca Gallery) I get the popup, but instead of loading the image, I get the 404 error. If I disable SEF / URL rewrite, it works just fine.. It's the same on all of my portals.

I've "migrated" phoca gallery from my 1.5 portals to the new 2.5 ones.

Any ideas?

did you create a Phoca Gallery "List Of Categories (Categories View)" menu link?

It's inside an article. I used the Phoca button:
{phocagallery view=categories|imagecategories=1|imagecategoriessize=0|hidecategories=1,2,3}
