Phocha Guestbook joomla 2.5

On phoca start page can I see that phoca guestbook works on Joomla 2.5. But on download is only up to Joomla 1.7

I wonder whats correct?
Can I upgrade my Joomla 1.7 to 2.5?

You can upgrade. I did it also and it worked fine!

The only thing is that you cannot remove spam in the frontend, so you have to go to the backend to do that. But Jan said he is working on that.

Other than that, it works without problem!
