Phoca Image 3.0.1 module reffers to gallery in a wrong way

Hello!

I've installed Phoca Image module and adjusted it to lead to my photogallery. When I'm in my gallery and clicking on module it leads me right to the gallery and link looks like:
http://localhost/sva/index.php/o-nas/fotogalereya
But when I'm in any different place of a site, click on module leads to the "error 500" page and the link looks like
http://localhost/sva/index.php/component/phocagallery/

Why does it happen?

did you create a menu item to Phoca Gallery Component to get valid item ID(s)?

Yes. Here is the snapshot from Main Menu:

Phoca Gallery is the submenu item - child of a root menu item

try to create a root menu item "Phoca Gallery List of Categories" for testing.
