Parameters and back icon

Dear Friends,

In the user manual i've read something about setting parameters in the Phoca Gallery Control panel.
Unfortunately, i can't find it. Does someone know where to find it?

I do want to disable the back icon when i show the images in category view. I don't want that user can go back to other directories. How can i do so?

I hope someone can help.
