Resize image withour cropping in image list

I was wondering whether there is a simple setting to re-size the images to fit to the box (ex: http://www.viisualpro.com/photographers ... 77MP0&c=no) without cropping the images in the gallery list view (ex: http://www.xbee.org/clients/fotoweekdc2 ... Itemid=262).
Any help will be great. Thanks.

Ok, i just figured it out. For some one who might be looking for the same: just set the "Crop Thumbnail" parameter to none. And then still have the thumbnail values set in the bottom. This will just re-size the image within the sizes you specify.
The setting would not apply for the images and thumbnails that were created before this, but for the new ones it works well.
