install only create and delete files in temp

hello,

i trying install phocagallery on joomla 1.7.3 .. download latest package from this web, select it in joomla admin / om_installer, file is automaticly uploadet, and then only "waiting for server"

in tmp directory create install dir, create files, directories ... and then all remove and nothing else.
no directories in components , admin/components. Simply extract files , delete files , done

any ideas?
