Menu overlapping photos

Hello there, im having a problem with my gallery, the top menu is overlapping the pictures from the gallery. Bellow is the screen of my problem, the red border marks the problem.

Im running Joomla 1,7 and the latest version of Phoca Gallery (3.1 beta, updated it yesterday hoping in may fix the problem (from 3.0.2))

did you check your site with a v1.7 standart template like beez_20 is?

I have checked on two other templates and the gallery works there.
I have checked the website with the WebDeveloper plugin, disabling .css files one by one, i got response after i turned off he template.css = the menu crashed and looked like on the screen bellow.

For now, i've set the gallery to open in an New standard Pop up window, so i can have more time to fix the problem.

Can i say for sure now, that the problem lies in the template.css file in the #hornav (which is the top menu)?

sorry, I dont know (because I don't use this template). Try to contact the developer of your template.
