some subcategories random image appear, some don't

Hi, I have downloaded phoca gallery 2.7.2 with joomla 1.5.18

Here is the problem, I want my album page to show all my categories with random images from their subcategories instead of folder icon. IT WORKED FOR SOME BUT NOT FOR ALL OF THEM, so now I see both: folder icons and random images

My pictures are stored in Picasa. I have started by creating my categories and sub-categories and I have changed the phoca parameters only at the end.

As you can see in this image, only the sport category got its random image.


Here is the structure of my galleries, sport/mariage/famille/8eme mois are at the same level and they have the same parameters...


Could someone help me with this please?

RESOLVED,

To see an image instead of a folder icon for a parent category, I linked first the parent category to a picasa folder so that way it shows a random image between these new images, then I went to the image section and i deleted them. Now it works!!
