Nivo slideshow size problem [solved]

Hi!

I'm running Joomla! 1.7 and Phoca Gallery 3.0.2 with the nivo module. I'm trying to display a slideshow header on my site. Don't get me wrong, I'm able to display it, but the images are a quarter of the desired size (970x230px). I've been checking documentation and I've been trying to find the place to set the thumbnail size. But i can not for the life of me figure it out. I used Google Chrome to inspect the element which shows that the module is infact 970x230px but I can't figure out where the problem is. The biggest frustration is that I actually got it working when i doubled the size of the actual images, but when i updated them the problem returned. In addtion to that I'm in a bit of a hurry with this one so I'll be thrilled of someone could give me the solution.

Hi,
1.) crop the pictures you want to display with the slideshow to 970x230pix local on your pc.
2.) set: backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Options --> Main --> Thumbnail Generation Settings -->
Enable Thumbnails Generation=Yes
Crop Thumbnails=None
backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Options --> Main --> Images And Detail Window Size Settings -->
Large Image Width=970
Large Image Height=230
Save & Close
3.) Create a Phoca Gallery category
4.) Load up your pictures to this category
5.) Type the ID of ths category in:
backend --> Extensions --> Module Manager --> Module Manager: Modules --> mod_phocagallery_slideshow_nivo --> Module Manager: Module Phoca Gallery Slideshow Nivo --> Basic Options -->
Category ID=(eg.)1
Save & Close
