Phoca Gallery manual install

Hi
i follow these steps to install the Phoca Gallery manaull:

All went ok following the steps, exept, i cant find the directory "front" to upload to the Severs "components/com_phocagallery" directory.

I downloaded the Phoca Gallery file twice to be shure i get compleat download, but the "front" directory is not inside the ZIP file.

Becouse of this, i can not run the Phoca Gallery from the "Component" menu in the backend. But i can open the Phoca Gallery by using this link:
.../administrator/index.php?option=com_phocagallery&controller=phocagalleryinstall&task=install#

where can i get the "front" directory?

The "Front" folder is now named "Site".

But I think you have do the same mistake as me. Quoting the answer of Benno :

are made for FTP installing PG for joomla v1.5
