3.0 RC4 to 3.0 RC5 version number...

After upgrading from 3.0 RC4 to 3.0 RC5 the Phoca Gallery version is showing 2.7.5
I'm using Joomla 1.6.3

That's indeed funny and I have no idea why this happend. In my case the correct version is showing...

Try to download Phoca Gallery v3.0.0 RC5 again and do the upgrade once more.

Before upgrading to stable 3.0, I rechecked the files.
As I'm installing the gallery by ftp, I use the methods explain here :

And the file for installing by ftp here :
http://joomlacode.org/gf/download/frsre ... nstall.zip

I think that the files to intall by ftp are not up to date for 3.0, and that's why it's showing wrong version number.

yes you are right.

are made for FTP installing PG for joomla v1.5

For FTP installing PG for joomla v1.6 you should use this guide: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... -in-joomla
