next I created a link Phoca Gallery Category List Layout
Everything should looks fine and I can see in the main menu Link to Phoca Gallery, then I can see both categories, inside categories I can see small pictures but when I try to click on the any picture to see bigger picture I'm getting error 404 Not Found The request /photos/10-vlas2009/detail/408-ibp00303.html was not found on this server.

Just a thought: are you sure thumbnails have been generated for all the images?

OK.
1. You need to be sure that the thumbnails are created for the specific image that is giving you the 404 error. (Sometimes, depending on how you created the thumbnails, if there are many images in a category only those listed in the image view at the time you created thumbnails actually have thumbnails created. Ensuring that "all" images is selected at the bottom of the image view page solves this.)
2. Also ensure that the category and image are both published.
3. Or, of course, it could be something else...!
