How to Hide Ordering Dropdown Box?

I looked through the Photo Gallery Options and I don't see a setting to hide this drop down box. A search of the forums didn't turn up any answers for me. There is a way to hide just about everything else in the options so I am thinking I must be missing something. I'm looking to simply display my photos in alphabetical order with a description underneath the each one. If there is not a way to get rid of the dropbox, is there a way to remove some of the items in the list? My users are not going to be interested in sorting the site's photos by id, hit count, etc. Thanks in advance.

backend --> Menus --> Yor Menu with Link to Phoca Gallery Component e.g. Main Menu --> Your Link to Phoca Gallery Component "List of Categories (Categories View)" --> Menu Manager: Edit Menu Item --> Basic Options -->
Display Ordering Select Box (Categories View)=Hide
Display Ordering Select Box (Category View)=Hide
Save & Close

Thanks Benno! The dropdown box is now hidden from view. I don't know why I didn't realize that this was a setting I needed to change in Joomla and not in Phoca Gallery. The site looks like it should now and I appreciate your help.
