Hi,
I have a lot of files within folders which i would like to upload and make available using Phoca Download. Is it possible to upload via FTP and for them to be automatically available to use as sections/files, or do i have to import each and every file once they have been uploaded?
It would be so much easier once they were FTP'd they could appear as a category/section so i can link straight into articles.
Any ideas or do i have to do it the really really long way?
Many thanks.

Re: FTP Uploads
You have to add each file manually because PD stores additional informations for each of them.
But if you only want to link files without displaying additional infos, I would search for a file explorer or something similar. Don't know if a Joomla component/module exists for. Maybe somthing like that would fit your needs:
