Forbidden word behavior

I can't seem to find the Forbidden word behavior setting. I'd like to set it to not post to the guestbook if a forbidden work is used.
Is this setting available in version 1.4.4?

backend --> Components --> Phoca Guestbook --> Phoca Guestbook Control Panel --> Parameters --> Global Configuration --> Security Settings -->
Forbidden Word Filter=(as you like)
Forbidden Whole Word Filter=(as you like)
Save your settings!
