Hi,
You have not mentioned which version of Phoca Gallery you use. This is the way for Phoca Gallery for Joomla v1.5

1.) backend --> Menus --> Your Menu with Link to Phoca Gallery Component "Category List Layout" --> Your Link to Phoca Gallery Component "Category List Layout" --> Menu Item: [ Edit ] --> Parameters (Basic) -->
Show Pagination (Categories View)=Hide
Show Pagination (Category View)=Hide
Display Select (Categories View)=Hide
Display Select (Category View)=Hide
Save your settings!

2.) backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Parameters --> Category View Settings (List of Images) -->
Pagination Default Value (Category View)=100
Save your settings!
