Phoca RC2 : Settings Menu Missing : Joomla 1.6

Hi all,

I have installed Joomla 1.6 with xxamp. I recently downloaded Phoca Download 2.0.0 RC2. I installed it successfully. But however, in the phoca download control panel, Settings Menu is missing. I am not able to set max upload file size.

Then i tried giving URL Manually http://localhost/again/administrator/in ... ownloadset but i get this error message

"Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in D:\mysite\xampp\htdocs\again\administrator\components\com_phocadownload\views\phocadownloadset\tmpl\default.php on line 14"

I am really impressed with Phoca Download for joomla 1.6, and i want to desperatly use that. But its not going well.
PLEASE HELP...

Phoca Download v1.5 Settings have been switched in v1.6 to Options.
backend --> Phoca Download --> Phoca Download Control Panel --> Options --> General -->
Maximum Upload Size (Administration)=(as you like)
Save & Close

You must be logged in as Super User to see the Options button.
