Oh, no sorry I wrote that wrong.
I meant that would I have to change from 775 to 777?
I installed Phoca Download with no problems, so 775 should be fine seeing as I was able to install it.

UPDATE:
I finally got it working. I just had to set the correct permissions in the correct folders, seeing as my domain is a sub-domain of a main domain.
Now my other problem is just that my uploads do not appear in the "Downloads" tab, it is just blank, why?
EDIT: Nevermind, I just had to set the "Downloads" Category to the correct Category.
So you can label this as [SOLVED]!
