Default Comments Text Color

Is there anyway to change the default Comments text color or override your templates font color? I ask this, because my template uses a white font as default, and the comment box has a white background.

While I'm asking, Is it possible to change the colors of the comment box?

I need to add to my template's CSS:

Code: Select all

div#tabs { color: black; }
