How to change phoca folder permission?

I've installed phoca gallery and create some folder for categories. But when I try to remove this folder through ftp got an error because I don't have permission needed. I can't change the permission and even when I uninstall it the folder is still exist because it can't be deleted...
How can I change the permission???

I'm using v.2.7.5.

Forgot to mention that I've try to change the folder permission from this documentation https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... ersion-252
But still I can't remove the permission from my ftp.
And now since I've uninstalled it and the uninstallation is error, I cannot open phoca component neither reinstall it.
I'm stuck...
Anyone can help me here???

Nevermind. Found a tool from the webhost to reset folder permission and ownership.
