I've just added a Weekly Menu with all contents, today on Tuesday.
When editing Monday or when I'm trying to send an e-mail the program stated that another admin is using the component currently while no one is online except myself.

It sounds like it was Checked Out, and never Checked back In. Try going to your Tools-->Global Check-In button in the admin menu (admin side of your site) and see if that helps
