Click on Details button scrolls page to top

Hi,
when I click on a Details button (with overlib), it simply scrolls screen to top of the page. It`s not good when there are more files. And you don`t learn users not to click on button.
Secondly, I would like to ask you how to change the word "close" in details overlib to any other language. I`ve tried to change it in joomla overlib file, but without success.

Hi, this is a browser featuere (the a href with # do this, but no idea how to prevent it )

Close: this is planned to fix in all extensions using overlib, see:
viewtopic.php?f=30&t=10986#p44907 to customize the code and solve it for now
