Can't change Folder icon etc.

Hi,

First problem is the category icon. Everywhere i read that there should be an option for this in the "Category View Settings" and then "Display image instead of folder icon". There simply is no such option in my phoca, no, where at all. Here is a screen-shot of where the option should be (i believe it should be where the black line is)

Of course, there is missing something..
