JAK LightBox freezes browser

I was checking out all the new enhancements to the Phoca components since I last upgraded (I'm running on 2.2.4). I was checking the JAK Lightbox demos on your demo site and every time I clicked on an image, the detail window displayed, but the image was blank and my browser (IE7) froze. Is anyone else experiencing this?
On edit ... the demo runs fine on Firefox.

The main reason I was checking out the demo was to see if the JAK Lightbox could display photo descriptions in the detail window and when running the slideshow - is this possible?

Yes, the JAK can display title and/or descriptio while slideshow.

I have the same problem, i'm using Phoca Gallery 2.7.4 and JAK Lightbox to show Description in Box. With Firefox, Chrome and also IE8 it works fine, but with IE6 and IE7 LightBox freezes browser. with slimbox i don't have this problem .. but i like to show Titel & description in Box.

hI Jan, thx for your message, i have test with IE7 on new WIN XP installation without any updates, and it was not working. Maybe your IE7 has some updates.
Also browsershots.org shows blank white page with IE7, so i'm sure it does not working well.

Do know other possiblitity to show Titel and description in PhocaGallerie with Lightbox?

Hi, you can use Highslide JS (image only) or then some ifram method (Modal Box, Highslide JS) for displaying description.

Thank you Jan for helpfull informations. I use Highslide now and it works fine also in IE7 (it time to eliminate IE<8 . But now next problem is flowing. I use Phoca content plugin to show categories in content article. If i use SEF Highslide Pop Up with Error 404, categorie not published, but of course its all published.

Do you hear about it?
