installation problem phoca gallery

After installing te component i get errors on the frontend

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\[root]\components\com_phocagallery\models\categories.php on line 158

and also on the backend.
What is the problem and what can i do to solve this?

A question: are you installing on a local (Windows) application server?

Inmiddels al ontdekt wat ik fout gedaan had. Na installatie moet er nog een extra activeringsactie uitgevoerd worden.
De 2e keer ging het wel goed.
