I'm having this
I'm having this same problem as well, but with IIS7, PHP5 and Joomla-1.5RC4.
Can someone please advise how to make the necessary changes regarding the '--with-png' '--with-png-dir' '--with-jpeg' '--with-jpeg-dir' '--enable-exif' ' options as mentioned in one of the previous posts.
I am testing on my local machine so I have full control of the configuration.
Many thanks.

Re: also blank screens
Hi, the only one solution is to somehow enable php error reporting (e.g. with help of hosting administrator) Without any php error message or item in errorLog, there is no way to know what error you get thereI do not have much access to the php config, or error log, so what is the best to trouble shoot this?
