How to show full picture and not a weird cutout?

how do I manage, that the gallery shows the full picture when maximized? At the moment it shows a cutout of the photo, which is not really nice? How can I help that?

Hi,
for example, if your large thumbs are 800x533 pix landscape and 533x800 portrait style, your detail view window should be 800x800pix.
backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Parameters --> Images and Windows Size Settings -->
Large Image Width=800
Large Image Height=800
Save your settings!
